One Bowl Chocolate Cupcake for One November 6, 2012November 6, 2012 Nicola Quinn cupcake, recipe Sometimes you just need to shove a deliciously chocolate cupcake in your mouth, right ladies? Fortunately, I have the perfect solution for your cupcake craving – One Bowl Chocolate Cupcake for one. Yup – this recipe makes just one cupcake and takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish. How great is that? If you insist on being kind and sharing, you can double the recipe and give the other cupcake to someone (or eat it yourself, I won’t judge.) But seriously, I’ve tried doubling the recipe and it turns out fine – anything more than doubling and you’re on unfamiliar turf and I can’t guarantee the results. Make this cupcake if you can’t get the thought of a sweet, rich and (yes, I’m going to say it) moist chocolate cupcake out of your mind, but have absolutely no self-control and wouldn’t be able to stop yourself from eating a dozen if you tried. Hey – that’s why I made it!
